I've had 2 gemini's in my life and man - it sucks :)

when those twins jump on it's just like they say one thing and do the other (or is that just women in general??)

I'm a triple pisces and she's a triple gemini - love her to death but it just doesn't work - anyone else run into this? any help (ex: stick with cancer, capricorn or my favorite - scorpio women??)

  • I've been seeing a Gemini woman recently. Never dealt with one before. She can be a stray bullet at times, but we're having a hell of a lot of fun. It's understood to be a limited-objectives sort of relationship. Maybe that's what makes the difference.
    • My sister is Gemini, and both my Dad and I ( Pisces and Cancer suns with Scorpio moons) have really difficult relationships with her. Her moon is in Pisces. Well, when I say difficult, neither of us have spoken to her in two years. I have a lot of Gemini in my chart though, so I was able to tolerate her more until she went too far. My father and her had a difficult relationship from she was a small child.

AAAAAAAAAAAAhhhh, geminis, love em or hate em! See that's the problem you've got to love em but you end up hating em! But not for long cause you can't be angry at them because they're endearing, plus they make you laugh till they piss you of again. It just does not stop. To be blunt: end it now. Sticking with this sign only works if you keep it casual as in a friendship or perhaps a casual fling. In my opinion it's just always a matter of time before their lack of depth and sensitivity cause trouble in the relationship and the sad thing is they never mean to. We're just not compatible, set em free!

"water should be with water , always .....

    pisces is best with scorpio"

Totally agree with gemini and pisces not being compatible dont think air and water ever go together well except as friends. As for pisces and scorp? hell no.
    Stick to Cancers.
    • I always think of the elements of signs to explain to people how they work together.
Air and water move in very similar ways, but we operate on totally different levels.
Earth and water work together, shaping and changing each other. We live side by side but our basic nature is quite different.
Fire and water is either boiling or putting the other out :)

Just curious Rubia, what is wrong with the scorp/pisces combo according to you? I happen to like em and have had not so nice experiences with cancer instead. What didn't work 4 you in that combo is actually my question and are there obvious pitfalls in dating scorpios? By the way (this is so off topic) you have my mom's name and it means: blonde. It's a rare beautiful name :-) !

        vissen,

I honestly dont want to go into detail, I will say first that I have some close female scorpio friends who I trust implicitly but my experience with the male scorpio, I actually physically cant find the words it's also a public forum so dont want to say too much - I'll try and give some explanatin though.

try and imagine an inner physical pain that you live with day in day out so it actually becomes a part of you...you accept it and you find ways to deal with it but it never ever fades. I dont know the answers or the reasons why and I never will but when a scorpio cuts you off you're the one who will always come off worse while they walk away without a second glance back ....to me pisces and scorpio is a tragedy waiting to happen.

gone slightly off topic sorry rona! :-)
    • "when a scorpio cuts you off you're the one who will always come off worse while they walk away without a second glance back ....to me pisces and scorpio is a tragedy waiting to happen. "

This is very true Rubia... this is the second ultimate form of a sting from a Scorpio, and is saved for someone close to them (otherwise it is ineffective and honestly not worth it) which, in all fairness is the people who can cause the most harm to Scorpio... I have done this, but only with Cancers, (and with a few Geminis) but with the Cancers... they think i'm not looking back, because that's what I want, but in reality I do, and often, and even then it is very painful.... Scorpio will NOT cut you off unless they feel it absolutely necessary to their emotional well being, and there are plenty of warning signs ahead of time that other water signs have no excuse for ignoring...

Now with Pisces... i find that personally, i can not sting them.... it would be wrong. There is just something about how generous and genuinely empathetic and selfless they are that I will always skip them for whatever reason.. I may do a million other things to get around it, but i can not cause immediate and long term harm, like I may do to others... and to the others who have been "cut off"... they honestly Rubia, got off lightly... real harm can be caused by stringing someone along who may be attached to you ( which happens to Scorpios a lot) forever and falling just a little short emotionally each time, causing very real emotional pain continuously for months or even years on end.... REAL revenge can and will wait.... however long it takes....
      • I agree with this. They always give a warning and really it is up to a person to see it or not. It's not that hidden. I always do the same thing because I have a Scorpio 3rd house. I also don't think Scorpios can really hurt Pisces. We are pretty strong and I think we just flow and its over. The new part of the ocean is alot different and we're chameleons, we change and forget.

I've never had a problem seeing through Scorpios. Actually I find the ones that have negative traits annoying and petty when they do. I understand their intense fight, their tumultuous energies brewing, but there is a side of me that is naturally Plutonian and has been through a lot of Plutonian things and I really expect them to dig deep and transform already!!

The craziest Scorpionic experience I had was pretty crazy and happened when Jupiter was in Scorpio to boot. Lots of manipulative energies from this guy (which were clear as day), he was extremely jealous, lots of intense fights, and it even got physical. I gave him back just what he gave me-including the physical part. Its just a natural reaction from me. He even tried to gain my love with money. He had lots of emotional problems to begin with (alot from his failed marriage-figures) that were underneath the surface that he wouldn't face. I was like dude dig deep and get over it and transform. Or don't date anyone. Really. He was almost Taurus like in his blockade towards facing himself. But worse was his stupidity. Just really don't like dumb guys.

I have a lot of Scorpio, mostly in my 3rd house and so i can read their language and I'm just use to thinking/writing in a Scorpio fashion which gets obsessive sometimes I admit. I also have Pluto in Scorpio, which a lot of the guys I date don't. Even so, I don't really like Pluto in Libra or Leo. Too superficial and all fun and obsession with the airy idea of a relationship versus what is really real. And too afraid of that dark, dirty, seedy, extreme, intense, the ultimate power/energy side of life that exist and is all Pluto in Scorpio and Pluto at its greatest.

I actually find that an interesting interpretation, I have Pluto in Libra but i would never call my approach to relationship's superficial or airy. Fun..??? No, not always.....
I have virtually no air in my chart apart from that Pluto placement, but if by airy you mean a bit aloof or detached then I admit I do get accused of that - alot. But either way the feelings I have run deep.......I just struggle with expressing them.....

I am interested though in what you think constitutes "dark, seedy and extreme".....one person's idea of extreme is another's idea of tame..

Ok, maybe I am a typical Pluto in Libra.
    • I've always felt a deep psychic connection with Pisces women. It's not like anything else I've ever felt and I love our psychic moments. It's why I think my best romance will be with a Pisces woman.

I Strongly disagree that Pisces and Scorpio relationships are tragic waiting to happen! I'm sorry about your past relationship Rubia, but you should know that there different kinds of Scorpios. The Phoenix never wants to hurt anyone and inspires love and wisdom, not hate. It has learned from much pain and has become a living spiritual guide. The Eagle, like the Phoenix has learned to soar above petty and lower instincts of Scorpio and will only hurt those that deserve it. And the Scorpion...well, they have much to learn!
  • Im an aries female with a venus in pisces
and ive come across quite a few taurus males with venus
    in gemini
let me tell ya, its a struggle altho im an aries sun, i find my pisces
kicks in much more often there fore i am sensitive and i dont suit the gemini
tht needs action vs. pisces that needs nurturing
altho we make greeat bestfreinds : ) attract ions always there .
    • Uhm, what happened to Pisces' tolerance of human beings, I dont see it when you guys talk about geminis or people with Gemini influenced charts... just a thought.

Remi sweetie, it's nothing personal and I know that all Geminis aren't alike. I wouldn't have such a bad opinion if I hadn't been burned so many times while dealing with Geminis. I have a pretty long fuse and it takes a while to set me off, but when I'm pushed beyond a certain limit, I'll withdraw from the relationship or friendship or whatever.

Unfortunately I've had to do that over and over with Geminis in my life. I have one stable Gemini friendship, but we don't see each other because he can't manifest long enough to come visit me or have me over.

        Drives me nuts!

Well I am a Pisces and I have been in a relationship with such a beautiful Gemini for 6 months now. I must say it has been the most fun I have had my whole life. There is never a dull moment. I think the fact that she has a a Pisces moon and I a scorpio moon make or emotions right on. She may be airy but she still is deep and intuitive. Her winds can make gentle waves or create huge storms but I really do love the stimulation. I think she is my soul mate. Just want everyone to know that sometimes Gemini and Pisces can be a prefect match! I am in love.

She is my Sun and Moon reversed lol :) I'm a Pisces Sun, Gemini Moon. Oh and my father is a Gemini Sun, Cancer Moon.. and he is also very deep and sensitive :) So just because someone has a Gemini Sun or Moon doesn't mean that they are shallow or insensitive.. especially if they have a water Sun or Moon to go along with it, it really seems to help balance it out.
  • A mile a minute

    Fri, August 7, 2009 - 5:49 PM
In taking the time to log in and respond, I thought a little bit more about the three gemini women that come to mind, whom I've met as acquaintance. Two of them talk and talk and talk and talk. A mile a minute. The other one has some Pisces in her chart, I dont know if that may have anything to do with the "not so fast" tempo of her speech.

According to a book, yes, neptune and mercury can work..it say pisces floats through options and gemini thinks about them.

The games played between Gemini-Pisces are associated with inaccurate perceptions of each other, diluted momentum, and confusion in communication. Direct communication can elude the two of you and honesty about what you want from each other is circumvented. Running away from closeness undermines loving feelings, fear may cause distancing behavior.

The two of you may have a hard time putting your finger on what is wrong - like eating chicken soup with a fork.

It states talking clearly in the relationship is challenging, not becuase you dont know how to, but because you might be unwilling to do so. Shades of denial are seen when two people draw entertaining pictures for each other but dont get to the point. Gemini hides her needs behind a wonderful vocabulary, they talk artistically around a problem without really committing to a position. Pisces might have a flair for invisibility and ducking under the truth. Trust is damaged because neither knows where the other is coming from each time.

    Here's the solution it offers:
The wishy-washy game requires you to get out of each others way when the two of you work together. If you're shared goals are the same, you're halfway there. Make sure you let one another pursue individual dreams. It really will help when it comes to working together. Your initiating energies are so uniquely different. It takes a lot to get used to blending Gemini, the thinker, and Pisces, teh feeler. Thoughts and Feelings. Take the time to tap into your partners approach to projects or tasks. Your way of finding solutions appears further apart than it truly is. Each of you likes to consider more than one method to solve a dilemma. Learn to blend thinking and feeling. You may need to get away temporarily from discussing an emotionally disorienting issue. It might even take getting out of each other's presence to find objectivity. There are no hard and fast rules.
Each situation will dictate the right answer in working together. Focus on unity and what you're trying to accomplish. Details can be revised as you proceed. Don't let the little things scramble your brains and emotions to the point that you give up. It takes practice to talk and work togetherBe patient. Show faith. Talk positively.

The Coloring the Truth game requires you to break a pattern of denial (as a couple). You may not want to see whats wrong with the relationship. The temptation to sweep problems under the carpet lengthens this game. You need to have faith in each other so that you can speak truthfully. The heart grows fonder when you talk directly. It makes plannning your future and handling everyday business affairs run smoother. You can choose to say what you think your partner wants to hear, but is this really what your partner needs to hear? Avoiding conflict is the sure way to miss intimacy. Its true. Trust is broken when you sense someone cant handle the truth. Passion is a fiery thing - timidly skirting the heart of hte matter wont warm your feelings. Walk the path of faith. Choose faith over fear. Yes, its scary if you arent a frequent flyer on the path of faith. With more constant use of this travel lane you will ight a great fire of passion in one another. It takes more energy not to speak honestly. You have to keep worrying how to carry the pretense. Will you be found out? Your relationship is strong enought to handle the heat, are you?

Here's what it says about a Pisces man and Gemini Woman in general:
A Gemini woman is not sure how to read Pisces man. She is perplexed, because usually, without hesitation, she can read anything or anyone! This neptunian man is intuitive, yet seems to care about material things. He is a dreamer, but has a master plan for success. She listens carefully to see if his world has room for her own ideas. She knows her own can accommodate his. He confesses to be a lover of life, in pursuit of a cause. His devotion to a path is revealed in his face. The female Gemini perceives the Pisces man to be a romantic. She isnt sure what motivates him. Is it love, people, or his ambitions? She hopes it is all the above.
A Pisces man is enthralled with a Gemini woman. She epitomizes the romantic myths he carries in his head. He wonders, whether consciously or subconsciously, if that idealized image can be maintained in everyday life. The pisces man loves her speech patterns. Her perceptions can pierce through to his inner ability to match her fast mind. His intuition dances around her aura, but he is not sure he understand this feminine spirit. She seems to be talking to him and analyzing him all in the same breath. Wow! He dodges her sharp eye, hoping he has disguised himself enough. After all, he doesnt really know her yet. A contemplative question echoes through is head: " How does she already know me?"

There is much you can teach one another.
    Treat each other as equals.
    Define your relationship with clarity.
    Talk honestly and openly.
This is the way to make your romance work for you , rather than the other way around.

      WOW - great stuff

really like the "Trust is broken when you sense someone cant handle the truth." part..

yes, it's a mystery sometimes - and I only hope that the following can be achieved:

There is much you can teach one another.
      Treat each other as equals.
      Define your relationship with clarity.
      Talk honestly and openly.
This is the way to make your romance work for you , rather than the other way around.

My passion remains so strong for this goddess spirit

I'm both enthralled and equally perplexed - keeps my on my toes and never a dull moment.

we're naturally great together and I have a deep love for her always as our intimacy grows.

      much love
      and thanks again.
