THE flakiest person I know is a Gemini lady. I refer to her as The Flakey Singer (or TFS for short). I did some consulting when her computer graphics systems were hacked into. Apparently she had pissed off someone who knew a lot about computers. He had root kitted all her boxes on the network and locked her out of every single one of them. I had to set up some high security stuff for her and change her cable modem out for a DSL line.

Anyways in the course of working with her, I discovered 3 things:

1. She seemed attracted to me.
2. She is a Gemini.
3. She is a GREAT singer.

I came back a few times to help her with her puters and we started to mess around with some music I was writing. Had a great piece of music that I wrote in memory of my dead friend, so I played it for her on the guitar and we worked up a song together. Once we had the song mostly fleshed out, I invited her over to my Temple of Doom to do some recording.

We setup a date to get together and she FLAKED. Took 8 attempts total to get her over to the house so we could record. I am a patient person but she pushed the limits of my typical Piscean calm. When she finally showed, I could tell that she was SPUN out of her mind. She had that greasy over spun look to her. I bit my tongue and didn't say anything about it. I setup the recording equipment and put her in the booth (a.k.a my bathroom). I managed to get one take out of her, but it was flawed. She couldn't keep still and got too close to the mic during a loud part, overdriving the voice channel. I gave up for the night, and she acted like she wanted me to have her stay over. I was soooo immensely turned off by her being spun, I told her I was going to bed (took till 2 am to get a decent track out of her).

Wasn't happy with the take we did, so I started asking her over again. The next time she came over, she wasn't spun. We had a really great time together since we share a lot of the same interests (music, film, 3D, etc...). But we were so busy having fun together we didn't manage to get any recording done. She is a very beautiful lady (ex model) and I was tempted to make a move that night, but the spun thing kept me turned off enough that I didn't do it.

Finally after many many more months and flake outs, TFS finally showed up for a session and she wasn't spun. We got a decent take on the tune and I was very happy. Then the track mysteriously disappeared when i migrated all my sound data over to a 500 GIG external drive. I was crushed. I couldn't bare to persue any more heart breaking flakeyness from TFS so I considered working with one of my other singer friends on the tune. I would feel bad about working up the tune with her and then resorting to another singer, but I had finally been flaked out on enough times by her that I couldn't stand it any more.

Then I had a break through moment of lucidity and re imported the tracks from the original session document and SHAZAM her track came back. I was overjoyed. The track still isn't the greatest one she is capable of, but my patience with her is at an all time low and I don't have the fortitude to make a dozen more sessions for her to flake on.

Gemini and pisces are a lot alike.They don't expose who they are and take in a great deal of others.You sometimes think you are getting the emotions or thoughts of them but it's normally just what they have taken in.
