I have been hanging out with this guy, Aries sun & moon w/ Libra rising, and things seem to be going well. We had agreed to nothing serious as he will be moving out of state in a couple months. However I just got laid off and now he is asking if I'd like to move with him. He is more distant than any other friends and/or lovers I have had in the past and I can't quite tell if it is just how he is or if he is holding himself back from allowing our relationship to develop. Usually I am pretty good at reading people, but for the life of me I can't figure him out! I have looked and looked and cannot find anything about relationships, good or bad, between Pisces and Aries. (I am Pisces sun, Cap moon & Virgo rising).
Thoughts?

Re: Can Pisces & Aries work?
Sat, June 6, 2009 - 10:13 AMMight work - don't completely rely on astrology. Anyways, are you willing to move out of state with him? -

Re: Can Pisces & Aries work?
Sat, June 6, 2009 - 11:26 AMHaha oh yes, I know not to rely only on astrology. In fact, I am a newbie to this whole astrology thing. And from what I am learning about my chart, it's amazingly accurate to myself. I suppose I am just looking for some vets opinions on how compatible Pisces & Aries are (with all that moon/rising stuff added in (again, learning what it all means)). I still have some common sense as well as my gut to follow. I just know that the energies and powers that I cannot fully understand do have a fairly large impact :) -

Re: Can Pisces & Aries work?
Sat, June 6, 2009 - 10:02 PMWell you need to also see what your venus, mars and mercury are for the both of you. It'll help figure out more in the long run.
Try cafe astrology to help you out with that....

Re: Can Pisces & Aries work?
Sun, June 7, 2009 - 7:18 AMIn my natal chart, I have the Sun in Pisces and the Moon in Aries. The Pisces part needs to be appreciative of the Aries part. The Aries part needs to be patient with the Pisces part. When the parts are working together, toward the same goal, there is no stopping us....we are creative and loving and full of spirit. We DO need frequent grounding....it is very important to touch the Earth! In fact, all the elements are nourishing for us.
I would suggest keeping a correspondence for at least a year before moving in together.....you can get to know each other on many levels even from a distance....and you can visit him, maybe, and he can show you around......
But don't make any rash decisions. -

Re: Can Pisces & Aries work?
Sat, July 4, 2009 - 12:21 PMI have an off-on long distance connection with an aries too... I suspect that aries might be a little too self-absorbed & unsubtle in the long run (I have a cap moon/venus too + mercury in pisces... I can be pretty subtle at times)... my aries just visited for a week & *wore me out* with his non-stop talking! He was pretty critical too, though both of those traits could just be this particular individual.
What's most promising/sexy about the aries male/ pisces female combo, for me is that ~ aries is such an archetypally masculine energy & pisces is archetypally feminine... so there's an intriguing fundamental sort of chemistry there.
In my case... I think that time will tell. This guy is in the process of 'working on himself' anyway, so.... we'll just see how he evolves & what he comes up with! There's no hurry anyway, since he lives in another country & who knows when/if we'll live ever close to one another! I just moved to a new city myself, & am looking forward to getting to know other signs/energies in the meantime...

Re: Can Pisces & Aries work?
Sat, August 1, 2009 - 1:02 AMI love Aries as friends but they can be pretty selfish and self centred. They're very outgoing and opinionated.
