Personal opinion...he's interested. You're both water signs; however, the Cancer is associated with the Moon in the destiny cards. Sideways looks, his eye communication is KEY, trust me, I look at woman that I have interest in with my angles and my eyes say a lot with out a word lol...hope this helped.
